A highly qualified, loyal and constant pool of crew is essential to ensure reliable vessel operations. A very important part of our resources are our well-trained, experienced officers and ratings. To ensure our fleet’s high standard we maintain our own team of sea staff with an excellent retention rate of around 95%!

The shipping group has its own training center in Sri Lanka and is regularly holding seminars. Officers and engineers who are set to serve on the very large container vessels receive tailor-made special training for large ship handling, loading software and international law courses at a well reputed German maritime crewing training firm.
